¨ To manage a PMO office within the Business Unit of Vodafone Spain, in charge of implementing a nationwide fixed and mobile network for a major client (ENDESA).
¨ To create a Project Management methodology that would apply PMI standards to Vodafone, without disrupting the day to day work, and at the same time adapting already going processes.
